I started with Kenzie January of 2024. My goal when I started was to learn to eat correctly without neglecting my body of carbs or fat and knowing how much I needed of each while also getting the correct amount of protein for my goals. I was nervous because it seemed so complicated but she has made it so easy to learn while teaching me how to do this on my own eventually. In July of 2024 I incorporated her workout regimen. I have worked out for 11 years doing different things but this has been my favorite so far with the best results. I would highly recommend Kenzie if you’re just beginning, stuck in a rut, or just curious to try something different.

I met Makenzie through her salon and her giving me amazing facials. Throughout our conversations, we began talking about fitness and we talked about her journey with bodybuilding. I had told her that I had had WLS and between work and having kids, all my weight came back. I started seeing her fitness page and finally made the decision in May to fully commit to getting myself back. I got engaged in June and that really accelerated my motivation for weight loss and Makenzie was so supportive. Since then, I have lost 38 pounds. My goal is to lose at least 10 more pounds to be under 300 by the first of the year and I am fully confident that Makenzie will get me to my goal. She is amazing and so knowledgeable and will adjust your program to what you want/need it to be. I highly recommend her to anyone that is wanting to start their fitness journey. She has truly changed my life!

I started this journey last October with Makenzie as my personal trainer. Having a personal trainer is different for everyone. For me, it was having someone program my workouts and to teach me how to eat better. When people hear you say “I want to eat better”, they immediately say “you don’t need to lose weight”. For me, it wasn’t about losing weight. It was about taking the body I have and making it better.  With the program that Makenzie does for me I am able to cook the food I want and enjoy. The food, macros, and eating “normal” are the hard part for sure. As for the working out, I enjoy working out. But in the beginning it was hard to make myself go into the “workout room” as I was use to a class setting. But now it’s just part of my daily life. With Makenzie’s help, her guidance, and her knowledge of everything I needed to make this possible and almost a year later, I am in the best shape I’ve ever been in!
